Main Ingredients- 200ml chilled soy milk
- 1 ripe banana
- 100g frozen strawberries (or fresh strawberries)

In a small blender, add the frozen strawberries and the banana, cut into 2-3 bite-sized pieces. Using frozen strawberries helps create a thick and chilled shake without the need for ice.
Step 2
Roughly chop the banana into approximately 2-3 cm pieces so the blender blades can easily process them. There’s no need to cut them too small.
Step 3
Now, pour in 200ml of chilled soy milk into the blender. You can adjust the amount of soy milk to achieve your preferred consistency. Secure the lid and blend for about 30 seconds to 1 minute, or until all ingredients are smooth and well combined. Your shake is ready!
