Salad Ingredients

  • 10 leaves Romaine lettuce
  • 15 sprigs Chicory
  • 200g Beef (for Shabu-Shabu)
  • A little Onion (thinly sliced)
  • A little Fruit cheese (cut into bite-sized pieces)
  • A few Black olives
  • A sprinkle of Parmesan cheese powder

Golden Ratio Oriental Dressing

  • 2 Tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Minced garlic
  • 2 Tbsp Vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp Mirin (rice wine)
  • 2 Tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp Perilla oil
  • 1 Tbsp Toasted sesame seeds

Cooking Instructions

Prepare 10 leaves of fresh Romaine lettuce. Wash them thoroughly under running water and pat them dry.
