  • 1 pack Mokwoo Chon Gyojza Mandu (dumplings) (approx. 10-12 pcs)
  • 1 Prime Skewered Frank Sausage

First, cut the Prime Skewered Frank Sausage into bite-sized pieces, similar in size to the dumplings. Cutting them slightly larger will give a better texture when you bite into them.

Place the cut sausage pieces and the frozen Mokwoo Chon Gyojza Mandu into your air fryer basket. Cook at 180°C (350°F) for 8 minutes. This will result in dumplings that are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, along with perfectly cooked sausage.

Now, let’s make the delicious sauce! In a frying pan, combine 2 Tbsp ketchup, 2 Tbsp olive oil, 1/2 Tbsp oyster sauce, 1/2 Tbsp gochujang, 1/2 Tbsp minced garlic, and 2 Tbsp oligodang. Gently stir these ingredients together over low heat and let them simmer. Be careful not to burn the sauce as it cooks, allowing it to thicken slightly.

Once the sauce begins to simmer, carefully add the air-fried dumplings and sausage to the pan. Gently toss them to coat evenly with the sauce. Continue to cook over low heat for another 1-2 minutes, allowing the sauce to fully adhere to the dumplings and sausage.
