While considering blue beverages like curaçao syrup or balloon flower tea, I prioritized the original intention of a healthy smoothie. So, I chose ingredients that offer both great taste and health benefits: blueberries and aronia, true kings of antioxidants! Aronia boasts the highest anthocyanin content among berries, making it excellent for relieving eye fatigue, managing diabetes, preventing dementia, and supporting weight loss. Enjoy this delicious and healthy smoothie made with these two amazing berries!

Ingredients

  • 150g fresh blueberries (or 250-300g frozen blueberries)
  • 50ml aronia juice
  • 1 pot plain yogurt (adjust to taste)
  • 200ml milk (can substitute with soy milk or almond milk)
  • 1 banana (frozen banana makes it richer)
  • A little ice (adjust based on desired coldness)

Cooking Instructions

Prepare 150g of fresh blueberries. If using frozen blueberries, use about 250-300g for a richer and colder smoothie.

Add the prepared blueberries and 1 peeled and roughly chopped banana to your blender. The banana adds creaminess and natural sweetness to the smoothie.
