  • Pumpkin 100g
  • Milk 1 paper cup (approx. 200ml)
  • Honey 1 Tbsp
  • Pumpkin seeds a little

Wash the pumpkin thoroughly. Cut it in half, remove the seeds, and then dice it into bite-sized pieces. Using the skin on is perfectly fine and adds nutrients!

Place the diced pumpkin in a microwave-safe bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave for 5 minutes. This steaming process will soften the pumpkin, making it easier to peel later.

Carefully remove the plastic wrap (watch out for steam!). Once slightly cooled, peel the skin off the softened pumpkin. The flesh should be tender and easy to handle.

Combine the peeled pumpkin and milk in a blender. Add 1 tablespoon of honey for sweetness – you can adjust this to your preference based on the pumpkin’s natural sweetness and your taste.
