  • 1 can Chicken Breast (drained)
  • 10-15 fresh Cabbage leaves
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 15 fresh Perilla leaves (깻잎)
  • 1/2 Carrot
  • Black sesame sauce or your favorite dipping sauce (e.g., chili sauce) to taste

Cooking Instructions

First, wash and thinly julienne the cucumber and carrot. Wash the perilla leaves thoroughly as well. If using a whole cabbage, take about 1/4 head, or carefully separate 10-15 leaves. Place the cabbage leaves in a steamer and steam until they become tender and slightly translucent. After steaming, you can briefly rinse them under cold water and lightly pat dry to enhance their crisp texture.

Lay out a steamed cabbage leaf flat. Place strips of cucumber along one edge of the leaf. This will add a refreshing crunch.
