Main Ingredients- 300g Mini King Oyster Mushrooms
- 1 Tbsp minced green onion
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic

Wash the mushrooms thoroughly: Place the mini king oyster mushrooms in a colander and rinse them gently under running water. Lightly squeeze out excess water with your hands. This step helps prevent the mushrooms from releasing too much liquid during cooking, resulting in a better texture.

Slice into bite-sized pieces: Slice larger mushrooms thinly (about 0.5cm thick) and halve the smaller ones. Cutting them into bite-sized pieces ensures even cooking and makes them easy to eat.

Combine and begin stir-frying: Add all the sliced mushrooms to a pan. Toss in the minced green onion and minced garlic. Pour in 1 tablespoon of cooking oil and 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Turn the heat to high and begin to stir-fry quickly to prevent burning.
