- 1 Tbsp Gochugaru (Korean Chili Flakes)
- A pinch of Black Pepper

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, prepare all your ingredients. Slice the sausages diagonally into bite-sized pieces. Thinly slice the onion and carrot into strips. Cut the green onion diagonally as well. If you have king oyster mushrooms, slice them thickly to add. Including a variety of vegetables will make the dish more flavorful and satisfying.
