Today, we’ll be using Ottogi Beef Bone Broth to create a wonderfully flavorful Sagol Kalguksu. To make it even simpler, this recipe uses dried kalguksu noodles instead of fresh ones, ensuring a quick and satisfying meal.

Stir the noodles occasionally with chopsticks to prevent them from sticking together. Using dried noodles makes this a wonderfully convenient way to enjoy kalguksu.

Crack 2 eggs into a bowl and add 2 pinches of salt. Whisk the eggs thoroughly with a whisk until smooth and no lumps remain.
