Main Ingredients- 300g ground beef
- 300g ground pork
- 3 fresh sweet potatoes
- 1.5 cups rich tomato sauce (approx. 360ml)
- A pinch of fine salt
- A pinch of fresh black pepper
- 2 cups flavorful shredded mozzarella cheese (approx. 200g)
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Wash the sweet potatoes thoroughly and steam them until very tender. While still hot, mash them using a potato masher or a fork until smooth. Aim for a lump-free consistency for the best texture.

In a bowl, combine the ground beef and ground pork. Season with fine salt and fresh black pepper, then mix well. Heat a pan over medium heat and add the seasoned ground meat. Stir and break up the meat as it cooks to ensure a tender result.

Once the meat is almost cooked through, pour in the rich tomato sauce and mix it with the meat. Reduce the heat to low and simmer, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly until it reaches a rich, concentrated consistency. This step deepens the flavor of the sauce.
