- 1 cup Dried Shrimp (approx. 30g)
- 2 Tbsp Miso Paste
- 1 Tbsp Gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 1 Tbsp Gochugaru (Korean chili flakes)
- 800ml Water
- 1/2 cup Scallions, chopped
- Pinch of Salt (optional)
