Essential Ingredients- 1 Tortilla (approx. 10-12 inch diameter)
- 2 Frozen Chicken Tenders
- 2 Strips of thick-cut Bacon
- 3 Leaves of Fresh Lettuce or Romaine Lettuce
- 10g Thinly Sliced Onion (approx. 1/8 small onion) for a crisp texture
Sauce Ingredients- 1 Tbsp Sweet & Tangy Mustard Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Creamy Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp Sweet & Tangy Mustard Sauce

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, preheat your oven or air fryer to 180°C (350°F). Place the frozen chicken tenders inside and cook until golden brown, following the package instructions. Since the tenders take the longest to cook, starting this step first is a great time-saving tip.
Step 2
Peel and wash the onion thoroughly, then thinly slice it into long, fine strips. If you find raw onion too strong, you can soak the slices in cold water for about 5 minutes, then drain them well.
Step 3
Wash the lettuce or romaine leaves under running water until clean, and ensure they are completely dry. Pat them gently with a paper towel or shake off excess water to prevent the wrap from becoming soggy.
Step 4
Heat a dry skillet over medium heat. Place the tortilla in the pan and warm each side for about 20-30 seconds, just until pliable. Avoid overcooking, as this will make the tortilla crispy and difficult to roll. The goal is to make it warm and soft enough to roll easily.

In the same dry skillet, cook the bacon strips over medium-low heat, flipping them occasionally, until they are crispy and nicely browned. Be careful not to burn them.
