Per 1 Hot Dog Bun- 1 Hot dog bun
- 1 Frankfurters sausage
- 2 tsp Pickle sauce
- 1 tsp Mayonnaise sauce

- 2-3 leaves Romaine lettuce
- A little Mayonnaise
- A little Tomato ketchup
- A little Parsley flakes (optional)
Pickle Sauce Ingredients- 80g Finely chopped pickles
- 40g Oligodang (corn syrup)
Mayonnaise Sauce Ingredients- 30g Mayonnaise
- 30g Oligodang (corn syrup)
- 40g Imitation crab sticks (surimi)

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Make shallow cuts on the frankfurter sausage. Lightly oil a pan and grill the sausage until golden brown. (Alternatively, you can blanch it in boiling water or heat it in the microwave.)

Gently shred the imitation crab sticks along their natural fibers into bite-sized pieces.

Let’s make a delightful pickle sauce! Combine 80g of finely chopped pickles with 40g of oligodang and mix well. ♧ This pickle sauce cuts through the richness of the sausage, enhancing the overall flavor of the hot dog.

Warm the hot dog bun in the microwave for about 30 seconds. Once warm, slice it in half horizontally using a serrated knife.
