Main Ingredients- 2 bowls cooked rice, warm
- 200g bacon, sliced into strips
- 1 bag enoki mushrooms, trimmed and separated
- 1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped
- 10g butter
- 4 fresh perilla leaves (shiso), thinly julienned
Flavorful Braising Sauce- 2 Tbsp soy sauce (seasoned)

- 1 Tbsp cooking sake (mirin)
- 1 tsp sugar

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, slice the bacon into approximately 1cm thick strips. Trim the roots off the enoki mushrooms and cut them into lengths of about 1cm. If they are clumped together, gently separate them.

Heat a pan over medium heat and add the butter. Let it melt slowly, ensuring it doesn’t burn. Stir gently until the butter is completely melted and fragrant.
