  • 2 chicken thighs
  • 1/2 pack pear and bellflower juice
  • 1/2 cup milk

  • 1 Tbsp baby soy sauce

Begin by thoroughly washing the chicken thighs under running water. While the skin contains healthy fats, it’s best to remove excess or less desirable parts. Removing the skin after cooking makes it easier to peel off cleanly, so we’ll address that later.

To eliminate any gamey smell from the chicken and to tenderize the meat, soak the chicken thighs in milk. Let them marinate for about 20 minutes for optimal results.

Drain the milk and pour the pear and bellflower juice over the chicken thighs. Then, add 1 tablespoon of baby soy sauce using a baby spoon.

Gently stir to ensure the pear and bellflower juice and soy sauce are well combined with the chicken. Cover and refrigerate for about 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld and deepen.

Line your air fryer basket with parchment paper and place the marinated chicken thighs inside. Set the temperature to 180°C (356°F) and cook for 20 minutes. It’s helpful to place the skin-side up initially.
