Main Ingredients- 1 King Oyster Mushroom
- 1/2 Onion
Seasoning- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 0.5 Tbsp Salt
- Pinch of Black Pepper
- A little Sesame Oil
- A little Toasted Sesame Seeds

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Prepare 1 King Oyster Mushroom and 1/2 onion. Wash them thoroughly under running water.
Step 2
Slice the cleaned King Oyster Mushroom about 0.5 cm thick, then julienne it into strips of the same thickness. Cut the onion into similar sized julienne strips as well. Slicing them not too thinly will give a better texture when stir-fried.
Step 3
Heat a pan over medium heat and add 1 Tbsp of olive oil. Add the julienned mushrooms and onions and begin to stir-fry. The mushrooms will start to release their moisture. Worried that the pan might burn because of the mushroom’s water? Don’t worry! The moisture from the onions will prevent the mushrooms from burning.
Step 4
Once the mushrooms and onions become somewhat translucent and cooked, add 0.5 Tbsp of salt, a pinch of black pepper, and a little sesame oil. Reduce the heat to low and continue to stir-fry gently, allowing the flavors to meld. Stirring slowly will deepen the taste.
Step 5
