Today’s stars are kimchi and pork belly! Prepare 6-7 leaves of well-fermented kimchi, 400g of fresh pork belly, 1 Cheongyang chili pepper for a touch of heat, and 1 tablespoon of sugar to balance the kimchi’s tanginess. (Tip: If your kimchi is very sour, you might want to add a bit more sugar.)
