Super Simple Buchu Bibimbap (Chive Bibimbap)
Jo In Sung’s Buchu Bibimbap Recipe – Astonishingly Simple and Delicious!
Jo In Sung’s Buchu Bibimbap from the popular variety show ‘Unexpected Business’! It’s incredibly simple, so why is it so delicious? Here’s a magical recipe that anyone can easily follow. You can enjoy a rich flavor without special ingredients.
Key Ingredients- 1 handful fresh chives (about 50g)
- 1 bowl warm rice (about 200g)
- 1 egg
- A pinch of sesame seeds
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, wash the fresh chives thoroughly and pat them dry. Then, finely chop them into pieces about 0.5 cm long. Chopping them not too long makes it easier to mix with the rice and eat.
Step 2
Place the warm cooked rice into a nice bowl. The rice shouldn’t be too hot, as this helps preserve the fresh flavor of the chives. Generously pile the prepared chives on top of the rice.
Step 3
Lightly grease a pan and fry an egg. Making it sunny-side up with a runny yolk allows for a creamier, more delicious mix. Place the fried egg beautifully on top of the rice, sprinkle with sesame seeds. Finally, drizzle 1 Tbsp of gochujang and 1-2 Tbsp of fragrant sesame oil. Your mouth-watering, super simple Buchu Bibimbap is complete! Mix everything together with the rice and enjoy.
