Main Ingredients- 2 medium potatoes
- 6 sausages (your favorite kind)
- 1 handful of green onions (about 50g, chopped)
Sauce Ingredients- 3 Tbsp store-bought cream spaghetti sauce
- 2 Tbsp water (using the potato boiling water is recommended)

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, prepare the main ingredient: potatoes. Wash the potatoes thoroughly, then slice them into flat, bite-sized pieces, about 1cm thick. Place all the sliced potatoes into a pot.
Step 2
Add 500ml of clean water to the pot, enough to cover the potatoes. Boil over medium heat for about 10-15 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender. You can check for doneness by piercing a potato with a chopstick; it should slide in easily. (Do not discard the potato cooking water; set it aside.)
Step 3
While the potatoes are boiling, prepare the other ingredients. Slice the sausages into bite-sized pieces. (Making a few shallow cuts on the sausages can make them look prettier and help the sauce penetrate better.) Wash and chop the green onions. Measure out the store-bought cream spaghetti sauce and water (or potato water).
Step 4
Add the prepared sausages to the pot with the boiled potatoes. Pour in 3 tablespoons of cream spaghetti sauce and 2 tablespoons of the potato boiling water (or regular water). Mix everything thoroughly with a spoon or spatula, and simmer over medium-low heat until the sauce thickens and coats the ingredients. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking to the bottom of the pot.
Step 5
Once the sauce has reached your desired consistency, add the chopped green onions. Stir and cook for another minute to allow the aromatic flavor of the scallions to infuse. Turn off the heat.
