Beef and Soft Tofu Baby Food Using Pre-made Cubes
We’ve made a special baby food to introduce your baby to the uniquely soft and melt-in-your-mouth texture of silken tofu, which is different from the regular tofu they might be used to. ♡
Ingredients (for 4x consistency porridge)- Cooked Rice 80g
- Oatmeal 80g
- Beef 40g
- Soft Tofu (Sundubu) 175g
- King Oyster Mushroom 30g
- Broccoli 30g
- Vegetable Broth or Water 20ml
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the soft tofu (sundubu) made from domestic soybeans, safe for your baby. Measure out 175g, which is half of a 350g package.
Step 2
Place the pre-prepared baby food ingredients (rice, oatmeal, beef) along with the soft tofu into a steamer. We’re using king oyster mushrooms and broccoli here, finely chopped for easy digestion and added nutrients.
Step 3
Steam the ingredients in the steamer for 2 minutes. Carefully remove, gently stir everything together to ensure even cooking, and then steam for an additional 1 minute until thoroughly cooked and tender. The soft tofu will break down and blend beautifully with the other ingredients.
Step 4
This process yields approximately 173g of delicious baby porridge, enough for two servings! Store it fresh and serve your little one a nutritious and delightful meal.
