Main Ingredients- 500g Beef Chuck Roll
- 1/2 Scallion (Spring Onion)
- 1 Onion
Marinade- 4 Tbsp Sugar
- 4 Tbsp Anchovy Fish Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Sesame Oil
- 2 Tbsp Minced Garlic
- 4 Tbsp Sugar

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, prepare your vegetables. Slice the scallion into bite-sized pieces and thinly slice the onion. Feel free to add other vegetables like mushrooms or bell peppers for extra flavor and texture. This will add a wonderful variety of colors and crunch.
