Ingredients- 200g Chocolate (dark or milk, your preference)
- 200g Crackers (plain or savory, both work great!)

Prepare your crackers. Place them in a zip-top bag or a large bowl and crush them with your hands. Aim for irregular pieces about 1-2 cm in size for a satisfying crunch, rather than fine crumbs.

Now, let’s melt the chocolate. Place the chocolate in a heatproof bowl. Create a double boiler by placing the bowl over a saucepan of simmering water (around 50-60°C or 120-140°F). Stir gently until the chocolate is completely smooth and glossy. Alternatively, use a microwave on 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth. Be careful not to overheat.
Step 3
It’s time to combine the melted chocolate and crushed crackers. Using a spatula or spoon, gently fold the crackers into the melted chocolate until they are evenly coated. Mix carefully to avoid breaking the crackers further.
Step 4
Next, spoon the mixture into your serving containers. If you’re making these as gifts, small muffin liners, cute little jars, or decorative paper cups add a special touch. I’ve portioned mine into individual cups for gifting. Distribute them into bite-sized portions.
Step 5
