- 3 Tbsp plain yogurt

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, separate the broccoli into florets of a good size. Blanch them in boiling water with a pinch of salt for 1 to 2 minutes. This will help maintain the vibrant color and minimize nutrient loss. After blanching, rinse the broccoli in cold water and drain well.
