  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • Prepare your favorite fruits

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

First, prepare the fruits for your sandwich. Wash the strawberries thoroughly, remove the stems, and cut them in half for easy placement in the sandwich.

Step 1

Step 2

If using canned or fresh peaches, remove the pits and cut them into three equal pieces. For firmer fruits, slice them thinly.

Step 2

Step 3

Peel the kiwi and cut it into quarter pieces to create charming shapes. Using various sizes and shapes will make your sandwich look even more appealing.

Step 3

Step 4

Feel free to prepare any other fruits you like, such as mangoes, bananas, or blueberries. Mixing fruits with different colors and flavors will result in a more appetizing sandwich.

Step 4

Step 5

In a bowl, combine 1 cup of cold heavy cream and 2 tablespoons of sugar. Using an electric mixer or a whisk, whip the cream until stiff peaks form. It should hold its shape firmly.

Step 5

Step 6

You now have a smooth and sweet whipped cream ready to use.

Step 6

Step 7

Spread a generous amount of the whipped cream evenly onto one side of a slice of bread. Make sure to cover the edges so the cream is distributed uniformly.

Step 7

Step 8

Arrange the prepared strawberries nicely on top of the cream. You can also add other fruits along with the strawberries.

Step 8

Step 9

Cover the fruits with another layer of cream, then place another slice of bread on top to complete the sandwich. Gently press down on the bread to help the ingredients hold together.

Step 9

Step 10

For the remaining two slices of bread, spread cream on one side as before. This time, arrange your chosen fruits, such as strawberries, kiwi, and peaches, by type and in an attractive pattern. You can enjoy a variety of tastes with different fruit combinations.

Step 10

Step 11

Add another generous layer of cream over the fruits, and then cover with the final slice of bread to finish the sandwich.

Step 11

Step 12

Wrap the finished sandwiches tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the cream to set. This step prevents the bread from becoming too soggy from the cream and fruit juices, and it helps firm up the sandwich for easier slicing.

Step 12

Step 13

After 30 minutes, remove the sandwiches from the refrigerator and unwrap them. Neatly trim off the brown crusty edges of the bread for a cleaner presentation. This is an important step for a polished look.

Step 13

Step 14

Cut the sandwiches into bite-sized portions, such as in half or into quarters. If the knife gets creamy, wipe it clean between cuts for a neat result.

Step 14

Step 15

Your fruit sandwich is complete and looks absolutely beautiful! The combination of sweet cream, soft bread, and refreshing seasonal fruits creates a truly delightful taste experience. This is one sandwich I would definitely add to the menu if I owned a cafe. You should try making it too!
