If you don’t have a specialized cutter, a wide-mouthed glass or bowl will work perfectly. Lightly toast the bread circles until golden brown in a toaster or on a pan for a delightful crunch.

Slice the Brie cheese into rounds that will fit nicely within your bread circles. While Brie can be soft and a bit tricky to cut perfectly, using a cheese knife or a sharp kitchen knife will help you achieve neat slices. Aim for a thickness that complements the bread and apple.
