Main Ingredients- 1 pack Arrowroot Jelly (Cheongpomuk)
- 2-3 Shiitake Mushrooms
- 1/3 Carrot
- 1 handful Chamnamul (Korean Parsley)
Dressing- 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Sesame Oil
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Minced Garlic
- A pinch of Black Sesame Seeds or Toasted Sesame Seeds

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
1. First, prepare all the vegetable ingredients. Thinly julienne the shiitake mushrooms and carrot. Wash and trim the chamnamul to a bite-sized length.
