Aromatic Beef & Curry Pasta

This is a unique pasta from our second installment of the ‘Unique Pasta Series’, made with dry curry powder for a clean and refreshing taste. It’s delicious even when cold, so give it a try!
Ingredients- Fusilli pasta, 1 serving
- Ground beef, 100g
- Onion, 1/3 (finely chopped)
- Garlic, 2 cloves (minced)
- Curry powder, 1 Tbsp
- Chicken broth, 200ml
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Heat a little oil in a pan over medium-low heat. Sauté the finely chopped onion and minced garlic until translucent, releasing their fragrant aroma. Be careful not to burn the garlic.
Step 2
Add the ground beef and break it up with a spoon. Season with salt and pepper to remove any gamey smell and enhance the flavor. Cook until the beef is browned.
Step 3
Pour in 200ml of chicken broth and stir in 1 Tbsp of curry powder, ensuring it dissolves completely. If the sauce is too thin, simmer it over low heat until it reaches your desired consistency. You can adjust the amount of curry powder to suit your taste for a richer or milder flavor.
Step 4
Add the pre-cooked fusilli pasta to the pan with the sauce. Toss well to coat the pasta evenly. Continue to sauté for 1-2 minutes, allowing the pasta to absorb the flavors of the sauce. Serve immediately while warm for the best taste!
