Aromatic Cinnamon Cream Ingredients

  • 60g heavy whipping cream (cold)
  • 3g granulated sugar (approx. 1/2 tsp)
  • Pinch of cinnamon powder

  • 110ml fresh milk
  • 10g sweetened condensed milk (approx. 1 tbsp)
  • 2 shots espresso (or strongly brewed coffee)

First, let’s prepare the aromatic cinnamon cream. In a bowl, combine 60g of cold heavy whipping cream with 3g of granulated sugar. The sugar will add a touch of sweetness and help the cream achieve a lovely texture.

Next, add a pinch of cinnamon powder to the cream mixture. This is where the delightful aroma comes from! Add as much as you like, but I recommend starting with a small amount and adjusting to your preference, as too much can be overpowering.

Now, using a mini whisk or a hand mixer, whip the cream gently. The key is not to over-whip it into stiff peaks. Whip just until it becomes slightly thickened and holds a soft shape – like gentle waves or soft peaks that just barely curl over.
