Salad Ingredients- 1 bunch stonecrop (Dolnamul)
- 1 bunch lettuce
- 1 bunch crown daisy (Ssukgat)
- 1 cup fresh wild berries

Prepare the fresh salad greens. Gently wash the stonecrop, lettuce, and crown daisy under running water. It’s crucial to drain them thoroughly in a colander to remove excess water; this prevents the salad from becoming watery and ensures the dressing coats the ingredients beautifully. Rinse the wild berries lightly and pat them dry as well.

Chop the prepared greens into bite-sized pieces. You can tear the lettuce by hand or cut it with a knife. Trim any tough stem ends from the crown daisy before chopping. The stonecrop can be left as is. Ensure the wild berries are not too small, so they are easy to eat in one bite.
