  • 1 banana (frozen or fresh)
  • 200ml milk
  • Honey or syrup to taste

Step 2

Add 1 banana to your blender or food processor. Using a frozen banana will result in a colder, thicker, and more milkshake-like consistency.

Cut the ripe avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into the blender. (Using half an avocado is perfectly fine and will still yield a delicious smoothie.)
