Core Ingredients- Kanu Black Coffee 3g (Instant coffee)
- Hot Water 237g (approx. 1 cup)
- Unsalted Butter 30g (cold)
- MCT Coconut Oil 1 Tbsp (adjust to taste)
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Start by preparing your coffee. Place 3g of Kanu Black coffee (instant coffee) into a mug. Pour 237g of hot water over it and stir well until the coffee is completely dissolved. Aim for a water temperature around 80-90°C (175-195°F).
Step 2
Once the coffee is dissolved, add 30g of cold unsalted butter and 1 tablespoon of MCT coconut oil. The butter should be cold to help emulsify better during blending.
Step 3
Transfer all the ingredients into a blender. Blend on high speed for approximately 20 seconds until the mixture is smooth, creamy, and well-emulsified. This creates the signature frothy texture of Bulletproof Coffee. Serve immediately while hot!
