  • 1500ml milk
  • 10 frankfurter sausages
  • 20g crown daisy (or edible chrysanthemum leaves)
  • 1/2 packet of ramen soup powder
  • 1 Tbsp red pepper flakes (gochugaru)
  • A pinch of toasted sesame seeds

First, prepare your ingredients. Score the frankfurter sausages lightly with a knife; this helps them cook evenly and release more flavor. Wash the crown daisy and chop it into bite-sized pieces, about 2-3 cm long.
