Easy Cheesy Baked Spaghetti Recipe using an Air Fryer
Learn how to make a delicious cheesy baked spaghetti using your home air fryer. This recipe allows you to create a visually appealing and flavorful pasta dish without complicated steps. It’s perfect as a snack for kids or as a main course for special occasions.
Main Ingredients- 1 bottle of store-bought tomato pasta sauce (approx. 400g)
- 150g spaghetti noodles
- Your favorite vegetables (1/4 onion, 1/4 bell pepper, etc.) or ham, bacon
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Fill a pot with plenty of water and bring it to a boil. Once boiling, add about 1/2 teaspoon of salt and cook the spaghetti noodles for 1-2 minutes less than the package instructions. (They will cook further in the oven.) Drain the cooked pasta and toss it with a little olive oil to prevent sticking.
Step 2
Pour the store-bought tomato pasta sauce into a large pan. Add finely chopped vegetables or ham of your choice. Adding vegetables like onions, bell peppers, mushrooms, or even ham or bacon will enhance the flavor.
Step 3
Add the drained spaghetti to the pan with the sauce and vegetables. Stir well to combine and cook for 1-2 minutes, allowing the sauce to coat the noodles thoroughly.
Step 4
Prepare an oven-safe dish for your pasta. If you don’t have one, you can create a makeshift dish by layering two pieces of parchment paper. This is a neat and convenient option.
Step 5
Transfer the sauced spaghetti into your prepared oven dish or parchment paper container. Gently loosen the noodles as you place them to prevent clumping.
Step 6
Generously top the pasta with mozzarella cheese, as much as you like. The melting cheese will create a wonderfully appetizing look. Finish with a sprinkle of parsley flakes for added aroma. Place in your air fryer and bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is golden and bubbly. Enjoy your delicious cheesy baked spaghetti!
