Place the sausages in a pan heated over medium-low heat without any oil. Gently roll the sausages around to cook them until they are golden brown and slightly crispy.

In a deep bowl, crack the 6 eggs. Add 3 pinches of salt to enhance the flavor. Whisk the eggs thoroughly with a whisk until you have a smooth, well-beaten egg mixture.

Wrap each of the cooked sausages with 2 slices of cheddar cheese, like making a little cheesy coat. The cheese will melt slightly and meld perfectly with the sausage.

Reduce the heat to low. Add 1 Tbsp of olive oil to the pan and pour a thin layer of the beaten egg mixture. Once the egg is about halfway cooked, place the cheese-wrapped sausage on top and carefully roll it up. Then, pour a bit more egg mixture over it and roll again, encasing the first roll. You can aim to use about 1/3 of the egg mixture per sausage to create a substantial omelet roll.
