  • 2 semi-dried persimmons
  • 2 rice cakes (garaetteok)
  • 2 slices cheddar cheese
  • 2 slices processed ham

First, prepare all the ingredients for your persimmon rice cake rolls. Remove the stems from the persimmons. Cut the rice cakes into bite-sized pieces, about 3-4 cm long.
