  • 300g King Oyster mushrooms (or regular Oyster mushrooms)
  • A small amount of carrot (for color)
  • 1/2 medium onion
  • 3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
  • 2 Tbsp perilla powder
  • 1 tsp salt (or to taste)

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

First, take a look at the unique shape of your King Oyster mushrooms. If you have smaller ones, use them whole. For larger mushrooms, cut them in half lengthwise. If using regular oyster mushrooms, prepare them in similar bite-sized pieces.

Heat a pan and add a generous drizzle of perilla oil. Start by stir-frying the thinly sliced garlic until fragrant. It’s best to cook the garlic over medium-low heat to prevent it from burning.
