Main Ingredients- 1 pack Chicken Breast (100g Black Pepper Chicken Breast can be used as preferred)
- 120-130g Fresh Cabbage
Creamy Peanut Butter Dressing- 2 Tbsp Peanut Butter (level measurements)
- 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Oligosaccharide (or other liquid sweetener)
- 1 Tbsp Mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp Peanut Butter (level measurements)

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, carefully cut out the tough core of the fresh cabbage. Then, thinly slice the cabbage into strips about 0.3 cm thick. Removing the core and any thick parts of the leaves will result in a much softer texture.
Step 2
Place the thinly sliced cabbage in a bowl and cover it with fresh water. Let it soak for 5 minutes. This step helps to enhance the cabbage’s crispiness and remove any bitterness. After 5 minutes, gently rinse the cabbage and drain it thoroughly in a colander. Excess water can dilute the dressing.
Step 3
If you’re using frozen chicken breast, microwave it for 1-2 minutes to thaw. Be careful not to overcook, as it can become dry. Once slightly cooled, shred the chicken breast by hand along the grain for a tender texture. If the pieces are large, you can also cut them into bite-sized pieces.
Step 4
Now it’s time to make the delicious peanut butter dressing. In a small bowl, combine 2 Tbsp of peanut butter (level), 1 Tbsp of soy sauce, 1 Tbsp of vinegar, 1 Tbsp of oligosaccharide, and 1 Tbsp of mayonnaise. Whisk everything together until well combined. It’s important to stir until all ingredients are uniformly blended. Taste the dressing and adjust the soy sauce or oligosaccharide if needed to suit your preference.
Step 5
