Main Ingredients
- 1 pack (400g) Agar jelly noodles
- 1 small cucumber
- Sesame seeds, for garnish

- 600ml water
- 1 Tbsp salt
- 4 Tbsp sugar
- 6 Tbsp vinegar
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, place the agar jelly noodles in a colander and rinse them thoroughly under running water 3-4 times. After rinsing, drain them well to remove excess water.

Wash the cucumber clean, remove the seeds, and then julienne it into thin strips. Slicing them thinly will help them blend well with the broth.

In a large bowl, pour in 600ml of cold water. Add 1 Tbsp salt, 4 Tbsp sugar, 6 Tbsp vinegar, and 1 Tbsp minced garlic. Stir well with chopsticks or a whisk until the sugar and salt are completely dissolved.

Add the prepared agar jelly noodles and julienned cucumber to the seasoned broth. Gently mix everything together so that all the ingredients are well combined.
