Ingredients- 1 Apple
- 2 Tbsp Peanut Butter
- 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil

First, thoroughly wash the apple under running water and pat it dry. Then, carefully slice the apple into thin, bite-sized pieces, about 0.5 cm thick, avoiding the core.

Arrange the apple slices attractively on a plate or salad bowl. Drizzle 2 tablespoons of olive oil evenly over the apples to enhance their natural flavor. Using extra virgin olive oil will add a richer taste.
Step 3
Next, pour 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice over the apples. The lemon juice not only adds a refreshing tang but also helps prevent the apples from browning.
Step 4
Finally, place 2 generous tablespoons of creamy peanut butter in the center of the salad. You can adjust the amount of peanut butter to your personal preference.
