Main Ingredients- 2 eggs
- A small amount of carrot
- A small amount of spinach
- A small amount of cucumber
- A small amount of crown daisy (shungiku)

First, prepare the vegetables. Finely julienne the carrot, onion, and cucumber. Wash the spinach and crown daisy thoroughly. Briefly blanch these vegetables in boiling water, then drain them and pat them dry. Be careful not to overcook them, as they can become mushy.

Next, make the egg mixture. Crack 2 eggs into a bowl and whisk them well. Lightly oil a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour the egg mixture thinly to create a delicate omelet. Cook until lightly golden brown on both sides. Once cooked, carefully place the egg omelet onto a kimbap rolling mat or parchment paper.
