- Mini sausages (halved)
- 1 ripe avocado
- Tobiko or flying fish roe (use different colors for visual appeal)
- Crab sticks (imitation crab meat), shredded
- Bell peppers (various colors), finely diced into small cubes

- 1 tsp Finely chopped onion

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, prepare two styles of crab stick toppings. For the ‘Tobiko Crab’ topping, gently mix shredded crab sticks with tobiko, lemon juice, and mayonnaise. For the ‘Spicy Crab’ topping, mix shredded crab sticks with finely chopped onion, mayonnaise, and a tiny pinch of chili powder for a hint of spice.
Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and gently peel the skin as you would a citrus fruit. Slice it thinly. Using an avocado that is not too soft will help maintain its shape.
Step 2
On each cracker, place a thin slice or two of avocado. Then, add a piece of sliced cheese cut to size, followed by a halved mini sausage. Gently press down to ensure the ingredients are stable on the cracker.
Step 3
