Creamy Avocado Coffee Delight
DIY Trendy Avocado Coffee at Home
Craving that popular avocado coffee but can’t make it to the cafe? Time to make it yourself! I decided to try making it at home, and it turned out wonderfully. This recipe brings the cafe experience right to your kitchen.
Ingredients- 1 ripe avocado
- 150ml milk
- 1 Tbsp sweetened condensed milk
- 50ml espresso (or strong brewed coffee)

Step 1
First, prepare your avocado. Make a cut around the pit with a knife, then twist the two halves of the avocado in opposite directions. It should easily split open.
Step 2
To remove the large pit, carefully push the tip of your knife into it and twist. The pit should then come out easily. Handle with care.
Step 3
Once the pit is removed, peel the avocado and cut it into bite-sized pieces, about 2-3 cm. Cutting them into manageable pieces will help when blending.
Step 4
Now, grab your blender. Add the cut avocado, sweetened condensed milk for a touch of sweetness, and the fresh milk into the blender.
Step 5
Secure the lid tightly and blend until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy, with no lumps of avocado remaining. The key is to achieve a silky texture.
Step 6
Finally, assemble your coffee in a glass or mug. Layer the creamy avocado mixture and the strong espresso by pouring them in alternately. Start with a layer of the avocado blend, gently pour the espresso over it, and top with more avocado blend for a beautiful presentation. For an extra treat, consider adding whipped cream or a dusting of cocoa powder on top!
