Pasta Ingredients

  • 40g Whole wheat spaghetti
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 100g Chicken tenderloin
  • 1/2 Ripe avocado

Avocado Sauce & Seasoning

  • 100ml Milk
  • 1/2 Tbsp Soy sauce
  • 20g Allulose (or preferred sweetener)
  • 1 tsp Minced garlic
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

Boil the whole wheat spaghetti according to package directions. While the pasta is cooking, thinly slice half an onion.

Step 2

In a blender or bowl, combine half a ripe avocado, 100ml of milk, a pinch of pepper, a pinch of salt, and 20g of allulose (or your preferred sweetener). Blend until smooth and creamy to create the avocado sauce. You can adjust the amount of milk to reach your desired consistency.

Step 3

Heat a pan over medium heat with a drizzle of olive oil. Add the sliced onion and sauté until translucent and slightly softened. Sautéing the onion well will bring out its natural sweetness.

Step 4

Add the 100g of chicken tenderloin to the pan and cook until it turns white. Once the chicken is mostly cooked, stir in 1 tsp of minced garlic and cook until fragrant. Then, add 1/2 Tbsp of soy sauce and stir-fry to coat the ingredients evenly.

Step 5

Pour the prepared avocado sauce into the pan and stir to combine with the chicken and onions. Let it heat through gently. Add the cooked spaghetti and toss gently to coat the pasta evenly with the creamy avocado sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy your delicious avocado whole wheat pasta!
