Ingredients- 1 ripe avocado
- 2 Tbsp sweetened condensed milk
- 200ml milk
- 1 shot espresso
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Start by preparing one ripe avocado. Wash it thoroughly, then carefully cut it in half lengthwise.
Step 2
To easily remove the pit, firmly insert the blade of your knife into the seed and twist gently. This technique makes separating the pit from the flesh much simpler and safer.
Step 3
Scoop the avocado flesh out of the skin and place it into your blender jar. This creamy green goodness will form the base of your smoothie.
Step 4
Add 2 tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk to the blender. This will provide a lovely sweetness. Feel free to adjust the amount to your personal preference.
Step 5
Pour in approximately 200ml of milk. The amount of milk will determine the smoothie’s consistency. For a thicker smoothie, use less milk; for a thinner one, add more.
Step 6
Secure the lid on your blender. Blend the ingredients until they are completely smooth and creamy, with no avocado chunks remaining. This usually takes about 30 seconds to 1 minute.
Step 7
Pour the beautifully blended avocado smoothie into your serving glass. Admire its smooth, vibrant green color.
Step 8
Finally, carefully pour one shot of freshly brewed espresso over the smoothie. The rich coffee aroma and flavor will beautifully complement the avocado’s nuttiness.
Step 9
Your delicious Avocado Coffee Smoothie is ready! Before sipping, gently stir the smoothie and espresso together with a spoon or straw to combine the flavors. Enjoy the wonderfully creamy and nutty taste! This is a delightful and healthy treat.
Step 10
When removing the avocado pit, a safe and effective method is to cut the avocado in half, then carefully strike the pit with the sharp edge of your knife. A gentle twist will usually dislodge the pit easily.
