- 100g dried soybeans (no pre-soaking required)
- 1000ml water

Step 1
Today, we’ll be making a wonderfully nutty and delicious soy milk base, perfect for a refreshing summer drink!
Step 2
Prepare 100g of dried soybeans and 1000ml of clean water. You don’t need to soak the soybeans beforehand! Simply rinse the soybeans thoroughly under running water until clean. Drain them well, ensuring most of the water is removed.
Step 3
Next, add the rinsed and drained soybeans along with the 1000ml of water into your soy milk maker. Make sure to follow the fill lines indicated on your machine to avoid overflow.
Step 4
Now, select the ‘Soy Milk’ function on your soy milk maker and simply press the start button. It’s that easy!
Step 5
Once the machine finishes its cycle, you’ll have a rich, nutty, and nutritious soy milk base ready to enjoy! It’s wonderful served chilled, perfect for making classic Korean cold soy milk noodles (kongguksu) or even as a base for smoothies.
