Main Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 pack pickled radish sheets (pesticrain-free, additive-free)
- 1 pack radish sprouts
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- 1 avocado
- 1/2 carrot
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
For convenience and health, I’ve chosen pickled radish sheets that are pesticide-free and additive-free. They’re great for both taste and well-being.^^
Step 2
Wash the carrot thoroughly under running water, then slice it to about 0.3 cm thickness. It’s okay if the initial slices are a bit thick.
Step 3
Now, julienne the sliced carrot thinly. The thinner the shreds, the easier they will be to wrap and cook.
Step 4
Wash the fresh avocado well and peel it to prepare.
Step 5
Once peeled, slice the avocado into bite-sized pieces. Core it, and then julienne it gently. Be careful not to mash it.
Step 6
Wash the vibrant yellow and red bell peppers thoroughly.
Step 7
Cut the bell peppers in half, remove the seeds and inner membranes, and then julienne them thinly, similar to the carrot. Keeping them crisp is key.
Step 8
Rinse the chicken breasts under cold running water to remove any impurities.
Step 9
Julienne the chicken breasts into thin, long strips. If they are too thick, they will take longer to cook. Thin strips also absorb the seasoning better.
Step 10
Wash the whole garlic cloves, pat them dry, trim the hard root ends, and slice them thinly into rounds. This will infuse a subtle garlic aroma and enhance the flavor.
Step 11
Heat a little brown rice oil in a frying pan. Add the thinly sliced garlic and sauté over low heat to release its fragrance. Cook until lightly golden, being careful not to burn the garlic.
Step 12
Once the garlic is fragrant, add the julienned chicken breasts and stir-fry them together.
Step 13
When the chicken breasts are partially cooked, add 2 Tbsp of organic oyster sauce and 1/2 Tbsp of traditional soy sauce. Adjust the seasoning to your preference.
Step 14
Continue to stir-fry until the chicken breasts are fully cooked and the sauce has reduced slightly. Avoid overcooking, which can make the chicken dry. Turn off the heat once it’s done.
Step 15
Arrange the prepared ingredients (julienned carrots, bell peppers, avocado, radish sprouts, and cooked chicken) attractively on plates for presentation. The colorful combination looks appealing.
Step 16
Remove the pickled radish sheets from their packaging and gently drain any excess liquid. Transfer them to a separate plate, arranging them neatly. Be careful not to drain too much, as they might tear.
Step 17
Now, place a portion of the fresh vegetables and cooked chicken onto a pickled radish sheet and roll it up to enjoy! For an extra kick, you can serve with mustard sauce or soy sauce.
