Ingredients- Bok Choy 300g
- Strawberries 400g
Dressing- Fish Sauce 2 Tbsp
- Gochugaru (Korean chili flakes) 3 Tbsp
- Agave Syrup 1 Tbsp
- Minced Garlic 1 tsp
- Fish Sauce 2 Tbsp
- Gochugaru (Korean chili flakes) 3 Tbsp
- Agave Syrup 1 Tbsp
- Minced Garlic 1 tsp
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Wash 400g of strawberries thoroughly and remove the stems. Cut them lengthwise into quarters. Drain them well to remove excess water.
Step 2
In a small bowl, combine all the dressing ingredients: 2 Tbsp fish sauce, 3 Tbsp gochugaru, 1 Tbsp agave syrup, and 1 tsp minced garlic. Mix well until the dressing is evenly combined.
Step 3
Separate the leaves of 300g of bok choy. Wash the leaves thoroughly under running water at least three times to ensure they are clean. Drain the bok choy well. Add the prepared dressing to the bok choy and toss gently. Let it sit for about 5 minutes; the bok choy will soften slightly and absorb the flavors.
Step 4
Once the bok choy has slightly wilted, gently add the drained strawberries to the bowl. Toss everything together very carefully to avoid crushing the strawberries. Your delicious bok choy and strawberry salad is now complete. Isn’t that easy?
Step 5
Finally, lightly crush 1 Tbsp of sesame seeds to release their nutty aroma. Serve the strawberry bok choy salad in a nice dish and sprinkle the crushed sesame seeds over the top for an extra touch of flavor.
