Juice Ingredients- 100ml Water
- 50g Cabbage, washed
- 30g Carrot, peeled and roughly chopped
- 1/4 Apple, cored and roughly chopped
- 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Wash the cabbage thoroughly. Then, lightly blanch it in boiling water for about 30 seconds to 1 minute. This process reduces any strong or spicy flavors from the raw cabbage while bringing out its natural sweetness, resulting in a much smoother juice. After blanching, rinse the cabbage under cold water, drain any excess liquid, and place it into your blender.
Step 2
Add the blanched cabbage to the blender along with the prepared apple, carrot, and 100ml of water. Chopping the ingredients into larger pieces is recommended for easier blending.

Securely close the blender lid and blend until all ingredients are smoothly combined. If you prefer a thicker consistency, you can reduce the amount of water or add a few ice cubes while blending.
