Today, we’re going to make ‘Accordion Potatoes’ in the air fryer, a snack that both kids and adults will absolutely love! They’re easy to pick up and eat, making them perfect for any occasion, whether as a snack or a side dish!

The most crucial step is slicing the potatoes beautifully. Be careful not to cut through the very top of the potato. To ensure you don’t slice all the way through, place a pair of wooden chopsticks on either side of the potato. Now, using the chopsticks as a guide, thinly slice the potato from the top, about 2-3mm apart. Stop slicing when your knife hits the chopsticks. This way, the potato will remain connected and keep its accordion shape.

In a small bowl, combine the 2 tsp of melted butter with a pinch of salt, a pinch of sugar, and a little parsley flakes. Mix well to create a flavorful butter seasoning.
