This time, I made a chive pancake using fresh chives, focusing on the fundamentals without adding many other ingredients. Basic Ingredients

  • 3 cups pancake mix (buchim garu)
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 bunch fresh chives (approx. 150g)
  • 1 egg
  • Vegetable oil, for frying
